continental United States. Padraig Energy Ventures currently owns properties in the
states of Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Kansas.
Advisory Board
The Advisory Board for PEVLLC includes Charles K. Dempster, former CEO and Chairman
of Aquila Merchant Services and Past President of Reliance Pipeline Company and David
W. Hooker, Principal with Greenwood Capital Partners. This group has worked together as
a team at various companies over the past 15 years.
Padraig Energy Ventures, LLC (PEVLLC) a Houston, Texas based firm was formed with
the objective of acquiring and developing oil & gas producing properties and midstream
energy infrastructure assets in the United States.
PEVLLC was founded in 2003 by Patrick Peldner, an energy executive with a background
in the areas of exploration and production, natural gas gathering, processing and storage.
Mr. Peldner's direct senior experience includes, business development, M&A, sales and
regulatory affairs. Previously he held operational and executive positions with PPM
Energy, Aquila, Inc., TPC Corporation and Nicor Oil & Gas Corporation.
